Find Private Grinds Tutors

Tuition Farm’s Grinds Tutors directory is a platform where independent tutors can advertise their services to parents and students across Ireland.

Tutors can create detailed profiles, list their subjects, and connect directly with students for private grinds.

To sign up as a private grinds tutor, simply visit the Add Listing section and complete the sign up process.

You’ll then be prompted to create a profile, add your teaching subjects, and set your availability.

For parents, its free to browse and contact grinds tutors.

Tutors registering on our directory will have to pay a fee of €25 per year to advertise.

The more information you provide, the easier it will be for a parent to decide if they want to contact you.

Think about including the following to help encourage parents to choose you:

Descriptions:

Give a brief intro about yourself in the “Introduction” section.

Write a full description of your experience, services and rates in the “Detailed Description” section. Use the text editing functions to highlight important words in bold and try to use bullet points to make certain information stand out.

If you are a qualified teacher, consider including your Teacher Registration Number. 

Gallery Images:

Include images like Professional Certificates, Samples Lessons, Garda Vetting Document (NVB) etc.

*If you are a teacher, consider adding your Teaching Council Registration Certificate. 

Video:

Include a sample lesson or a video introduction about yourself.

Location:

Enter your County and Town, this may be useful if you decide to do in-person grinds.

*Do not enter your actual address in the map section, only your town and county.

Parents can browse the directory and filter results by subject, location etc.

They can view grinds tutors profiles and contact tutors directly through the platform to discuss their needs and arrange lessons.

Tutors can choose to offer online and/or in-person lessons.

When filling out your profile, you will have a tick box option to choose either, or both.

No, Tuition Farm simply acts as a directory platform.

Once a tutor and parent connect, they arrange the lessons and payment terms independently.

However, tutors can include their preferred payment methods and lesson schedules in their profiles.

While Tuition Farm is not directly involved in the lessons or transactions, we encourage both parties to communicate any issues directly.

If a significant problem arises, you can reach out to us, and we will do our best to mediate and ensure both parties have a positive experience.

Tutors pay an annual fee of €25 to advertise their tuition service.

Parents contact tutors directly and both parties agree how payment is made.

Tuition Farm does not ask for any fee from tutors for bookings, we are happy with the annual fee.
